I create small scale websites for people with modest budgets requiring an online presence. I enjoy contributing toward this aspect of "making it happen" for the small operator. I am patient and explain technical requirements in layman's language and keep the focus on my customer's requirements. I respect the fact that no-one knows their own business better than the person who owns it!
